What: Enhance your knowledge base for training runners competing in middle and long distance road racing events and become a certified running coach.
When: 8-5 p.m., November 14-15, 2009
Where: Columbia Life Time Fitness; Columbia, Maryland
Who: Open to all Life Time Fitness Coaches, Leads and Members. Spaces are Limited.
How Much: Tuition, $225 per person plus $20/person for breakfast and lunch each day. Total $245
