Testimonials:
"In late 2007 I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and had two surgeries to remove the cancer from my body. As a result I was told that I may never be able to run again and that I should be grateful that I could keep my leg.
So in early 2008 I joined LTF and joined Rosemary's Triathlon Club. I should note that prior to this I had never participated in an event greater than a 5K and I was in the worst shape of my life. In addition, I couldn't even spell "triathlon." Coach Rosemary was able to take a gimpy out of shaped guy like me and prepare me not only for 8 triathlons in 2008 but she coached me through a 70.3 mile Half Ironman.
Without the help of Coach Rosemary I would have never been able to achieve such goals. Her massive amount of experience and tested knowledge remains a critical tool that I use still to this day as I have taken her personal one-on-one swimming lessons as recent as this week.
Rosemary is a catalyst to the positive health of so many people that words may never describe the impact. To this date she remains the most prolific and profound personal trainer that I have had the privilege to train with.
If anyone would like to further describe the value that Rosemary brings to the world of fitness please never hesitate to contact me direct at kirkoffel@yahoo.com."

Sarcoma Patient - MFH (2007)
"I joined Life Time to improve my health. I never expected to walk away with some of the strongest lessons that translate to each part of my life. By profession I'm a leader and a task manager. For many years my health and fitness was the junk drawer that I just never managed. With the encouragement that's second nature with the outstanding staff at our gym, I have learned to follow someone else that is an expert in their field and witness first hand the personal success it brings.
At first, my lessons were informal. I'd pick up on cycle tips that helped with road races through the Studio Ride classes. Then I entered my first triathlon. I just wanted to be able to do a race. The fever soon caught and I wanted to improve. After beginning triathlon coaching sessions at Life Time, and following the recommendations of the trainer, I improved my swim pace by one minute and twenty-six seconds and my run pace by one minute and four seconds. Now we're using the results from a MAP test to train to my metabolic profile and maximize the efficiency of the training.
The 2009 Triathlon Season is going to be phenomenal and I'm going to slam dunk the Nation's Triathlon in Washington, DC and the Longhorn Half Iron in Austin, TX. I am so thankful for the coaching at Life Time to help me realize what I thought was beyond my dreams!"
