Coaching is my passion. I have 24 years of racing experience and 13 years of coaching experience that I have used to design programs for the new, up and coming athletes (and those who needed to discover their inner athlete), to the experienced competitor. I have coached children in middle school up to AARP cardholders. I have coached athletes and non-athletes, those who have run marathons and those who have never run (or who "hate" to run), former collegiate swimmers and a few who have never put their face in the water, roadies and cyclists and spin class participants who haven't biked outside since youth. I love to help people make their athletic dreams come true and (re)discover their inner athlete. Qualifications:

ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor since 1993: currently teaches cycle, yoga and strength training (including one-on-one training since 1995)

LifeTime Fitness Endurance Coach (coaching since 2005) for triathlon training and marathon training

Heart Zones Blue Jersey Cycling Coach

Completed 23 marathons, including Boston, Pikes Peak and holds a 3:22 PR at Chicago

Completed 3 Ironmans: Lake Placid, California (12:09 PR) and Florida

Completed over 50 triathlons: consistent top 10% age group finishes, including a 3rd place finish at the Muncie Endurathon (1/2 Ironman PR of 5:06) and Olympic distance PR of 2:29
