Jay Rosenfeld, five time Ironman triathlon finisher and race official, racing triathlon since 1997. USAT coaches clinic in 2000, Red Cross lifeguard and swim instructor for 25 years. National Ski Patrol and ski instructor for 8 years. Coaching at Life Time Fitness, for 3 years now, I work with the Run/Triathlon program on swimming, running, core work, leading spin classes, and bike rides. I was once a pack a day smoker and have been more than 50 pounds overweight. I know some of the struggles people face firsthand and I will help you succeed.
