I believe teaching others through one's own life experiences is a gift worth sharing. I have raced bicycles, run marathons, and been 80 pounds overweight. I believe everyone has an inner athlete in them; it just needs the right encouragement and direction to be realized.
As a coach and passionate runner, I strive to build an athletes self-confidence through encouragement, fun, and of course hard work. This philosophy has been the foundation of my coaching and helped me bring many runners to personal best races, Boston qualifiers, and successful first time marathons.
