Whether you're training for a triathlon, a cycling event or a running race, you can maximize your chances for success by using a customized 12-Week Training program developed exclusively for you by a Life Time Endurance Coach!

Let's face it - you are unique and sometimes you need an approach to training, peaking and tapering that ideally suits your experience, schedule, ability and goals. A cookie cutter plan from a magazine or computer generated training program just won't cut it. At the same time, you're looking for expert guidance for one key event, not an ongoing program that builds you from point A to B to Z. Your event is in 12-Weeks and that's your number one focus and you know that your best chance for success is to have a professional coach develop your plan. If you're shaking your head and saying to yourself 'yes, that's me', then we have the perfect plan for you.

The 12-Week Personal Training Plan by Life Time Endurance is a program that offers you a personalized 12-Week program and unlimited email communication with a Life Time Endurance Coach. There is really no more affordable and effective way anywhere to receive personal coaching and ongoing email support to help you achieve your endurance sport goals.

With this plan, your coach creates your entire 12-Week plan, taking all of your personal training information into consideration, and emails you the plan. At that time forward, you can email your coach with questions or concerns whenever you wish throughout the duration of your 12-Week plan and expect to receive clear and concise answers to help keep you on the right track.

TO REGISTER FOR COACHING: Please download the PDF Coaching Registration Form, complete the form and fax it to our office for immediate processing. Your Life Time Endurance Coach will be in contact with you shortly to start your training program. If you have any questions, please email info@lifetimefitness.com.

The process is fast and easy. Here's how it works:

  1. Download and complete the registration form, including selecting your LTE coach, found HERE.
  2. Fax the form to the fax number provided.
  3. Expect to receive a introduction email from your coach and perhaps some additional questions for even greater understanding of your needs.
  4. Receive your 12-Week Training Block detailing your workouts each day of the week.
  5. Email your coach throughout the 12-Week Training program with any questions or concerns you may have about your training.
  6. Have a PR on race day!

Your 12-Week Plan will include considerable daily training detail including:

  • Tailored to your individual schedule.
  • Duration/Distance of each workouts.
  • Training Heart Rates and intensities.
  • Technique Tips.
  • Unlimited Email Communication with your Coach.
