"Immediately after joining Lifetime Fitness, I met the Run Club coordinator, Angela Comer, and began running with the group on Saturday mornings. Soon thereafter, I started the Cardio O2 program, and did that for 12 weeks. Both the Run Club and Cardio O2 have helped me greatly with my running program. I recently signed up and ran my first marathon. I don't think I would have even considered running a marathon before joining Run Club and Cardio O2.
