The Life Time Tri Team coaches listed here are available for group training sessions and one-on-one private coaching, in addition to online coaching. Based out of Life Time Fitness destinations around the Chicago area and the greater Midwest, they also host Life Time Tri Team training retreats, course previews and social events throughout the year. Cathy leverages her 10+ years of coaching and racing experience, in addition to proven training protocols, to help people achieve their athletic potential. With numerous certifications, graduate-level coursework in exercise physiology and sports psychology and a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science, Cathy is determined to be the best coach for her athletes. With 20 years of racing experience, a strong background in exercise science and a contagious personality, Lance is a guy who can light up a room. Friends with everyone, he shares this intensity at the right time with each endurance athlete he coaches. In the past ten years, Lance has learned his craft working in both clinical and non-clinical settings. He has worked for the Denver Broncos Sports Medicine Clinic in Colorado as an exercise specialist, at the prestigious Duke Diet & Fitness Center in Durham and has served as an exercise physiologist at the ViQuest Wellness Center in Greenville.
