ONE HOUR! That's all you need to become a triathlete. The Life Time Fitness Indoor Triathlon series is sweeping the nation with Indoor Tri's being held at most of the 83 clubs located throughout the country. Participants see how far they can go with a 10 minute swim, 30 minute stationary bike and 20 minute treadmill run. Times are compiled and then distances are calculated, with the persons 'traveling' the furthest placing high in the results standings. . . .

Some triathletes don't do drills because they don't understand what they are doing, or the purpose of the drill. However elite swimmers spend a large percentage of their training time practicing correct technique.
